My favourte dish is tuwon shinkafa and yakuwa soup. It is prepared as follows:

Recipes:
1-White rice
2-Yakuwa (redsorrel) leaves
3-Tomatoes
4-Onions
5-Groundnut oil
6-Red oil
7-Grinded Groundnut
8-Maggi
9-Salt
10;Curry/thyme
11-Redpepper
12-Atargu (hot pepper)
13-Raw meat/dryfish

1-Take a single cup or two cups of white rice
2-Wash it and pour over boiling water
3-Place a vegetable oil in a pot, fry onion, and pour tomatoes, red pepper,and hot pepper
4-Cook the meat with onion, curry and other spices
5-Place it in the sauce;
6-Pour some water over it and the red sorrel (yakuwa) and allow to simmer for 5-10 minutes. Put magi,salt, ginger powder or ground fresh ginger
