The ingredients are as follows”
1-Flour (2 Cups i.e. the size of liquid peak milk container)
3-Salt (a tea spoon)
4-Butter (One packet)
5-Baking powder ( a teaspoon ful)
How to prepare-Sieve the flour first, place butter in the flour, mix with sugar (1 cup), a pinch of salt and blend them together until a fine dough is created.
Allow the dough for 15-30 minutes wherein the dough will enlarge. Use the doughnut maker to create beautiful shapes. In the absence of a doughnut maker, use a flat board or the back of a tray. Flat the the dough until a flattened texture is achieved. Cut into square shapes and use a cup with a round edge to cut out the dough. Use the mouth of a bottle to create a hole in the dough.
Dry the dough mildly on a low to medium heat. You may wish to sprinkle sesame seeds and or honey as a dressing. Serve with chilled drinks
